1 Vad är ett PayEx Konto?
PayEx Konto är ett konto som man fyller på med pengar, för att kunna göra köp
exempelvis med PayEx Mobil. Utgivare av PayEx konto är PayEx Credit AB
(556735-5671). PayEx Credit AB är ett svenskt auktoriserat kreditmarknadsbolag.
1.1 Vad kostar det att ha ett PayEx Konto?
För närvarande är det kostnadsfritt att ansluta och ha ett PayEx Konto. Det enda
som kostar pengar är om man önskar att ta ut pengar från sitt PayEx Konto, då du
för närvarande blir debiterad 25 kr i en administrativ avgift per uttag.
1.2 Hur är mina pengar skyddade?
Dina innestående medel är skyddade enligt Riksgäldens insättningsgaranti. Vilket
betyder att du får dina pengar utbetalda av Riksgälden om PayEx Credit skulle
komma på obestånd.
1.3 Hur sätter jag in pengar på mitt PayEx Konto?
För att kunna sätta in pengar på ditt PayEx Konto behöver du logga in på ditt PayEx
Konto. Detta gör du via payex hemsida under fliken Privat och tjänsten PayEx
Konto eller genom att följa denna direktlänk;

Du loggar in på ditt PayEx Konto med ditt användarnamn och lösenord. Sedan väljer
du fliken insättning.
1.4 Vilka insättningsmetoder stödjer PayEx Konto?
Du kan idag sätta in pengar på ditt PayEx Konto genom;
Kortbetalning (VISA och Mastercard)
Direktbetalning (Swedbank och Nordea)
Kontantkortskoder (SpendonNET och PayEx Kontantkort) Dessa säljs idag hos
Pressbyrån och 7eleven.
Bankgirering: Ditt PayEx kontonummer går att använda som OCR referens vid
girering via bankgirocentralen.
1.5 Hur mycket pengar kan jag ha på mitt PayEx Konto?
Du kan idag max ha 2 500 kr på ditt PayEx Konto.

2 Vad är PayEx Mobil?
PayEx Mobil är ett nytt betalsätt där du ges möjlighet att betala med din mobiltelefon.
När du ansluter dig till PayEx Mobil får du ett SMS med en länk för att ladda ner PayEx
Mobil applikationen på din telefon. PayEx Mobil applikationen är ett java program
som säkert kopplar ihop din mobiltelefon med ditt PayEx Konto.
2.1 Vad kostar det att ha PayEx Mobil?
För närvarande är det kostnadsfritt att ansluta sig och ha PayEx Mobil.
2.2 Spelar det någon roll vilken mobiloperatör jag har?
Nej, PayEx Mobil är ett betalsätt som är helt frikopplat din telefonabonnemang, så
PayEx Mobil fungerar med alla abonnemang oberoende av operatör eller om du har
ett kontantkort eller betalar via faktura. Det enda kravet är att ditt abonnemang
har möjlighet att kommunicera via data och GPRS (WAP / Internet). Om du
har ett kontantkort så är det ofta krav på att du har legitimerat/identifiera dig hos din
operatör för att kunna använda datakommunikation GPRS.
2.3 Hur startar jag PayEx Mobil i min mobiltelefon?
Programvaran för PayEx Mobil brukar normalt lägga sig i mappen för program i din
mobiltelefon. Du startar programvaran och första gången du startar PayEx Mobil i
din telefon behöver du välja en personlig PIN kod. PIN koden skall vara mellan 4
och 6 tecken.
2.4 Vad gör jag när telefonen frågar om PayEx Mobil får koppla upp sig
mot operatörens nät?
När du startar din PayEx Mobil applikation så kommunicerar den via GPRS datakommunikation.
Så för att kunna logga in i din applikation och för att kunna göra
betalningar så väljer du att koppla upp via GPRS, WAP eller Internet i dialog rutan
som visas i din mobiltelefon.
2.5 Hur betalar jag med PayEx Mobil?
Du startar och loggar in i PayEx Mobil på din mobiltelefon och väljer Betala. Varje
gång du väljer betala får du en engångskod. Den koden är bara giltig i 4 minuter och
för ett köp. Du uppger koden på checkout:en hos de webbutiker som accepterar betalsättet
PayEx Mobil eller i en fysisk butik som har en terminal för att ta emot betalningar
via PayEx Mobil.
2.6 Hur godkänner jag mina betalningar med PayEx Mobil?
När du har valt läge Betala i din mobiltelefon enligt ovan och uppgivit din engångskod
alternativt svajpat din telefon över terminalen enligt nedan så kommer köpet att
visas i din mobiltelefon. Du godkänner då din betalning. Beroende på hur stort ditt
köp är godkänner du på olika sätt. Om köpet är mellan;
1 kr – 9,99 kr så går köpet automatiskt igenom om du står i betala läge
10 kr – 99,99 kr så godkänner du köpet genom att trycka OK
100 kr – 2500 kr så godkänner du köpet genom att ange din PIN kod och trycka OK

2.7 Hur betalar jag kontaktlöst via RFID?
För att förenkla och snabba upp betalningen i fysiska butiker kan du koppla en RFID
bricka till din programvara för PayEx Mobil.
Så första gången som man vill betala kontaktlöst väljer du Administrera och Koppla
RFID i din PayEx Mobil applikation. Du ber kassörskan om att du vill koppla din
RFID bricka till PayEx Mobil och uppger din engångskod till kassörskan. Du behöver
bekräfta kopplingen i PayEx Mobil genom att signera kopplingen med din PIN kod,
därefter är kopplingen klar.
När du sedan skall betala kontaktlöst väljer du läge Betala i PayEx mobil och lägger
RFID brickan på terminalen och bekräftar köpet i PayEx Mobil.
2.8 Hur får jag en RFID bricka?
Om du inte har någon RFID bricka så kan du köpa ett klistermärke av PayEx som
innehåller RFID teknik. Detta klistermärke kan du sedan fästa på din mobiltelefon.
PayEx Mobils RFID klistermärken är av en typ som gör att radiovågor från mobiltelefonen
inte skall störa RFID kommunikationen. Det är därför viktigt att du fäster
ditt klistermärke på mobilen PÅ batteriet UNDER locket ELLER direkt på
batterilocket. Det är alltså viktigt att klistermärket fäst på mobilen på ett sådant sätt
att PayEx Mobil logotypen är riktad MOT terminalen när du lägger telefonen på terminalen.
Om du har fäst klistermärket så ett sådant sätt att sidan med klistret kommer
mot terminalen så kommer det inte klistermärket att kunna kommunicera ordentligt
med terminalen och kontaktlösa köp utan att uppge sin engångskod kommer inte att
kunna genomföras.
2.9 Var kan jag köpa ett PayEx Mobil RFID klistermärke?
Idag kan du köpa ett klistermärke i receptionen på PayEx huvudkontor på Gotland.
Receptionen är öppen under alla vardagar mellan 08:00 till 16:00. Priset för ett klistermärke
är förnärvarande 40 kr och man kan bara betala med PayEx Mobil.
2.10 Var kan jag betala med PayEx Mobil idag?
För närvarande så är PayEx Mobil lanserad i en liten testlansering på Gotland. De
restauranger och butiker som är med från starten är;

2.11 Vad krävs för att jag skall kunna föra över pengar till en annan
PayEx Mobil användare?
För att det skall vara möjligt att föra över pengar till annan PayEx Mobil användare
krävs att man är verifierad användare. Detta blir man genom att man överför pengar
till sitt PayEx konto via Internet bank, så kallad direktbetalning eller genom en
transferering via kort om man signerar sin överföring via Verified by Visa eller
Mastercard Securecode.

What does PayEx Mobile cost me as a consumer?

  • It is free for the consumer to register and use PayEx Mobile.

Who can use PayEx Mobile?

  • Anyone with a mobile phone with access to the internet (GPRS/WAP) can register and start using PayEx Mobile.

Does my mobile operator support PayEx Mobile?

  • PayEx Mobile is independent of your mobile subscription, and thus does not put a charge on your mobile phone bill or affect the balance of your cash card. The only requirement is that users can connected to the internet (GPRS/WAP). If you have a cash card your operator may need you to identify yourself before you get access to the internet. If you have not already downloaded the internet settings for your mobile phone you can do this easily on your operator's home page.

Can I use PayEx Mobile on my work phone?

  • PayEx Mobile does not put a charge on your telephone bill or affect the balance of your cash card. The money in this solution is contained in a PayEx Account which the user loads with money and then uses to shop in physical stores, online or from vending machines. So even if you have a work telephone it is your own money in your own PayEx Account that is deducted when you make a purchase

In which sales channels can I pay using PayEx Mobile?

  • PayEx Mobile replaces small cash purchases in all channels, such as physical stores, the internet and vending machines.

How do I get started with PayEx Mobile?

  • To get started with PayEx Mobile you must go into the PayEx home page and register a PayEx account. A PayEx account is a "wallet" or the container for the money in the solution. From the account you can then send the mobile application to your mobile phone. When you have done this you can make purchases using your payment code. If you then want to shop contactlessly faster you can also order an RFID tag which you attach to your telephone and connect to the mobile application. After that you are ready to swipe!

How do I start PayEx Mobile in my mobile phone?

  • When you install PayEx Mobile on your telephone you may have to choose where to save the application. Often the options are Programs, Games or Java. If you did not get to decide the application will be automatically installed in one of these locations. Tip! Mobile phones often have a shortcut function. Add PayEx Mobile as a shortcut and you will be able to access it faster when you want to start the application.

How do I deposit money in my PayEx Account?

  • PayEx Account is a prepaid account, this means that you need to have money in your account in order to shop.
  • To load your PayEx Account, log into your PayEx Account, and deposit money by card payment (Visa, MasterCard), direct banking, PayEx Cash Card*, or bank giro/OCR payment.

*PayEx Cash Card is a verification code worth between SEK 50 and 1,000 which can be bought in all 7-eleven and Pressbyrån stores.

How do I deposit money in my PayEx Account using PayEx Mobile?

  • To top up your PayEx account and thus your PayEx Mobile, log into your PayEx account, load the account using a card payment and click the box asking if you want to save the card details.
  • The next time you want to top up your PayEx account, log into PayEx Mobile, go into account information/deposit money, select an amount (at least SEK 100) and press OK. The money is transferred from your credit card to your PayEx Account.
  • This function means that you always have your money with you, either directly or indirectly.

How do I make a purchase with PayEx Mobile?

  • To shop using PayEx Mobile, log into your PayEx Mobile application before you reach the till. When the purchase is to be made and the assistant has entered the amount, go into Pay in your application. The telephone is set to pay mode when the following text is displayed in the mobile phone display:

To make a purchases using the RFID tag:
Swipe the tag over
the payment terminal

  • If you have RFID connected to your telephone, swipe the telephone close to the display on the payment terminal.
  • To carry out the purchase using a payment code, enter the 6 digit code displayed on the telephone display (063 241 in the above example). The purchase is going through when the text Authenticating… is displayed on the payment terminal display. Approve the purchase on the telephone and the receipt is printed.
  • To make purchases on the internet or from vending machines, see the points further down.

How do I approve a purchase?

  • To carry out a purchase the telephone must still be in pay mode (see the point above). The following applies when a purchase is carried out:

SEK 1.00 – 9.99           The purchase goes through automatically.
SEK 10.00 – 299.99      The purchase goes through after the user presses OK.
SEK 300 – 2,500          The purchase goes through after the user enters their PIN code

What is RFID?

  • RFID stands for radio frequency identification. The technology has been around for some time and is used for marking, anti-theft equipment in stores, on-board buses, access systems, etc. In the case of PayEx Mobile the RFID tag is used to identify a specific payment application. The sticker on the telephone is a tag, and in the terminal there is an RFID reader. It is fairly easy to copy an RFID tag but it is not possible to carry out a purchase using a copy RFID tag in PayEx Mobile; this is because for all purchases the telephone must be in pay mode and purchases must be approved by the user.

What is NFC?

  • NFC stands for Near Field Communication and is quite simply RFID in a mobile phone. So RFID is on its way in mobile phones. When this happens the RFID tags for PayEx Mobile will be redundant. However, at the same time they do mean that anyone can connect to the service, even if they do not have NFC in their mobile phone.

How do I make a contactless purchase using RFID?

  • To carry out a purchase using RFID first start your PayEx Mobile application in your mobile phone. Ensure that you do this before reaching the till. To carry out the purchase go into Pay in the menu. The telephone is set to pay mode. The assistant enters the amount into the terminal. Then you swipe the telephone close to the display on the terminal. The purchase is going through when the text Authenticating… is displayed on the terminal. Approve the purchase in your mobile phone and the receipt is printed.

How do I carry out purchases on the internet?

  • To carry out a purchase on the internet first start your PayEx Mobile application on your mobile phone. Go into the Pay menu. In the checkout on the e-commerce site enter the 6-digit code shown in the display on your telephone. Then approve the purchase on your mobile phone. The purchase goes through.

How do I carry out purchases from vending machines?

  • För att genomföra ett köp i varuautomat startar du din PayEx Mobil applikation i din mobiltelefon på väg fram till automaten. Gå in under Överföringar och Överföring till varuautomat. Ange belopp att skicka (till varuautomaten). Välj varor. Betalningen går igenom och varorna kommer ut.

How do I get an RFID tag?

  • When you are logged into your PayEx Account you can order an RFID tag under PayEx Mobile. This purchase is a web purchase using PayEx Mobile where you enter the payment code which is generated when you have set the application to pay mode (see How do I carry out purchases on the internet). The RFID tag is then sent to you by post together with instructions about how to secure the RFID tag to the telephone.

How do I secure my RFID tag to the telephone?

  • Secure the RFID tag to the back of the telephone. It is best to fix it to the battery, under the cover. If there is no battery cover, or if the cover is metal, secure the RFID tag to the outside of the telephone instead. Remember that the PayEx Mobile logo must point towards the terminal because the adhesive side of the RFID tag is shielded. So do not position the RFID tag on the inside of the battery cover. When you order an RFID tag from PayEx you will receive instructions about how to secure it properly.

How do I connect my RFID tag?

  • When you order an RFID tag from PayEx from within your PayEx Account, you will receive an activation code in addition to instructions. Enter the activation code in the PayEx Mobile application in Administer/Connect RFID/Via activation code. Enter the code and press OK.
  • If you do not have an activation code you can still connect your RFID tag to all PayEx Mobile terminals. Go into Administer/Connect RFID/Via terminal. At the same time go into 2. Connect RFID to the terminal. Enter the 6 digit code generated in your telephone into the terminal, press Enter.
  • Swipe your telephone across the display on the terminal. Confirm the connection by entering your PIN into your telephone. The confirmation that the tag is connected is displayed in the telephone.

Note! The RFID tag is connected to a specific PayEx Mobile application. If you reinstall the PayEx Mobile application, or change mobile phone and transfer the RFID tag, you will need to reconnect the RFID tag.

How do I send money to another PayEx Mobile user?

  • If User 1 wants to send money to User 2 both must start by logging into their PayEx Mobile applications. User 1 goes into Transfer/Send money and User 2 goes into Transfer/Receive money.
  • User 1 enters the amount to be sent and then presses OK. A 6 digit payment code is generated. User 2 enters the payment code into their mobile phone and presses OK. 
  • User 1 gets a message that User 2 wants to receive the money and confirms this by entering the PIN. The money is transferred to User 2 and the transaction is concluded.

How do I receive money from another PayEx Mobile user?

What do I do when I switch mobile phones?

  • When you switch mobile phones log into your PayEx Account and deactivate the existing PayEx Mobile application. Do this in PayEx Mobile. Then enter the mobile number of your new mobile phone (this works even if you ported the number). You will receive an SMS to your new mobile phone containing an activation code. Enter the activation code of your PayEx Account. An SMS containing a link to PayEx Mobile will be sent to your new mobile phone. Follow the link, download the application, permit connection to the internet, start the application, select code. You are now up and running with PayEx Mobile on your new mobile phone.
  • If you want to reinstall PayEx Mobile on your existing mobile phone. Remove the old application before following the instructions above.
  • Note! Do not forget to reconnect the RFID tag when you have downloaded a new PayEx Mobile application.

What do I do if I have forgotten my PIN code?

  • If you have forgotten your PIN code you can remove the application on your mobile phone and download the PayEx Mobile application again in line with the instructions in "What do I do when I switch mobile phones?".
  • Note! Do not forget to reconnect the RFID tag when you have downloaded a new PayEx Mobile application.

How do I change PIN code?

  • To change PIN code you must be logged into your PayEx Mobile application in Administer/Changing PIN code. The PIN code must be between 4 and 6 digits.

How do I see the balance in PayEx Mobile?

  • You can see the existing balance in your PayEx Account in Account Information/Balance.

How do I see my latest purchases?

  • Your latest purchase is available in Account information/Transaction history.
