PayEx Account has been developed and is delivered in Sweden be PayEx Solutions AB. Privacy is very important and the applicable privacy legislation regulations for both Norway and Sweden are followed carefully. PayEx Solutions AB deals with all personal information in confidence. Information provided in conjunction with registration of your PayEx Account is not available to third parties (for example online magazines) without your direct approval.

When you purchase goods or services using PayEx Account the website can ask for personal information such as name and e-mail. Certain transactions require you to enter your mobile number (for example messaging services), e-mail address (for example merchandise delivered by e-mail) or name and home address (for example the delivery of physical goods). In these circumstances you can actively choose to accept or reject these requests for information.

PayEx Newsletter

PayEx Solutions AB keeps you informed about new payment services, general improvements to services and new websites. We do this using a newsletter which is sent out to all e-mail addresses registered as PayEx Account users.

If you want to stop receiving this type of information just click on the appropriate link in the newsletter. If you click on this link you will be removed for ever from the e-mail list that contains the addresses to which the newsletter is sent. You can also stop subscribing to the newsletter by sending an e-mail to kundtjanst@payex.nu. Write "Unsubscribe Newsletter" in the subject field.

You cannot unsubscribe from e-mails containing critical information.
