PayEx Account is an electronic wallet that can be used by Swedish, Norwegian and Danish citizens. It is an electronic wallet which can be used in many different online stores in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, such as Spelbolaget, Inprodicon and SF Anytime. PayEx Account is free to register, easy to use and all purchases are free. Publishers of PayEx account is PayEx Credit AB (556735-5671). PayEx Credit AB is a Swedish authorized credit company.

Your outstanding balances are protected under the Debt Office's deposit guarantee which means you get your money paid out by the National Debt Office PayEx Credit would become insolvent.

Sign in to your PayEx Account and select "Deposit" when you have your Account Overview open. Then select the desired payment method and fill in the requested information.

You can withdraw money and get the amount transferred to a bank account. Note that a transfer to a bank account can take up to three days. Sign in to your PayEx Account and select "Withdrawal" when you have your Account Overview open. There, then enter amount you wish to withdraw and details of the bank account you wish to withdraw money. Please note that all withdrawals charged a transaction fee.

You can withdraw money and get the amount transferred to an international bank account. A transfer to an international bank account may take up to five working days depending on the receiving bank's procedures. Sign in to your PayEx Account and select "Withdrawal" when you have your Account Overview open. There, then enter amount you wish to withdraw and receiving bank's BIC / SWIFT code and a valid IBAN.
Withdrawals to an international bank account without a BIC / SWIFT code and a valid IBAN can not be performed.
Currency are converted by the receiving bank. Please note that all withdrawals is charged a transaction fee

You can transfer money to other users of PayEx Account. Sign in to your PayEx Account and select "Transfer" when you have your Account Overview open. There, enter the recipient's e-mail and the amount you wish to transfer.

To be able to cancel your PayEx Account the balance must be zero. If you have money held in your PayEx Account, you can make a withdrawal, and then finish PayEx Account. When your balance is zero, send e-mail with your username to customer.support@payex.com. Write "Cancel Account" in the subject field.

You can have one or more subscriptions to your PayEx Account, so-called AutoPay agreement. You can easily end an AutoPay agreement by logging into your PayEx Account. Select "AutoPay agreement" in the menu and then click the "Delete" at the contract you wish to terminate.

In accordance with the Act (2009:62) on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing is PayEx had to ask for personal information. This means that all who register or have registered a PayEx Account must verify their personal data.
Even to you as a user of PayEx Account to be able to take part in the state deposit guarantee will need your PayEx Account to be verified.
