Information to customers using Hotmail account or similar to the registration of the PayEx Account

Since the e-mail address that you register also acts as your username, it is important that you always have an updated e-mail that you have access to register. You can easily change your e-mail address when you are logged into your PayEx Account.

A few people who use Hotmail, Yahoo or other e-mail addresses have experienced that they failed to receive the e-mail with the verification code sent to the registration of the PayEx Account. This may be because the e-mails end up in "junk mail" or e-mail message simply has not arrived.

We therefore advocate that the e-mail addresses such as Hotmail and Yahoo (or similar) is not used when registering PayEx Account. Also check that your spam filter has the correct settings so that you can receive e-mails from customer.support@payex.com
