Q and A

Have you received an invoice, reminder or a collection notice?

If you have received a collection letter from us it is important that you pay before the due date. Your payment will be registered with us after approximately 3 working days.
PayEx sends out letters for a number of companies in the market. You can fine the contact details for the company you are a customer of in your letter.

Have you received a notification, summons or demand for payment?

PayEx works together with a number of different companies in the market. We will send a notification to tell you if your debt has been passed to us. This can be because the previous creditor has assigned your credit to us, or has retained us as an agent.
If you have received a summons or a demand for payment, you will already have received information regarding the status of your debt, the new letter will contain updated payment details.
If you have received a demand from us it is important that you pay your debt before the due date. If you cannot pay your debt immediately you should contact us. We will help you tailor a solution to get you out of debt. It benefits all of us if we can get a dialogue going as early as possible, so do not hesitate to contact us.
If you do not pay your debt you risk it growing as you will be liable to pay penalty interest, statutory charges and fees. You also risk getting a non-payment record. A non-payment record will make it hard in the future to borrow money, get a flat or a telephone subscription. A debt that is not paid does not disappear. It will always be monitored by us. So the best thing to do is to contact us at PayEx Collection to start a dialogue. Please get in touch with us!
