PayEx Solutions AS is sincerely concerned about privacy, and we naturally comply with the current rules for personal privacy governing in Norway.

PayEx Solutions AS treats all personal information confidential. Information given upon registration of a PayEx account will not be made accessible to any third party without the user's direct approval.

When you buy products or services with PayEx Account, the content provider might ask for personal information as name and e-mail address. Some transactions are only possible after entering your mobile phone number (e.g. alert services), e-mail addresses (e.g. purchases delivered through e-mail) or name and home address (e.g. delivery of physical products). In these cases you will be given the opportunity to actively confirm or reject giving away the necessary information.

PayExNewsletter

PayEx Solutions wishes to inform all of its customers about new features in the payment services, general improvements to the services and new online merchants. This is done by sending a Newsletter to all e-mail addresses registered as PayEx Account users.

If customers wishes to unsubscribe to these newsletters they simply notify us by clicking an unsubscribe link at the top of the Newsletter page. This permanently deletes the customer from the Newsletter mailing list. Customers can also unsubscribe to the Newsletter by sending an e-mail to support@PayEx.no.

It is not possible to unsubscribe to the mailing list which contains critical site and service updates.
