Description

PayEx Invoicing Service is a solution for systematic handling of your company’s invoices from dispatch to payment. You send the invoice data to PayEx, which then creates an invoice based on your specifications and sends it to the end customer. An invoice log is created upon dispatch. The log provides specific information about the dispatched invoices, and also serves as source document for your accounts. On agreed dates PayEx will send accounting logs and sales ledgers to you, and transfers the cash received to date.

In case of non-payment PayEx ensures that reminders and demands are dispatched based on your specified criteria. You also receive access to our PayEx Online web interface, enabling you to access end customer, invoice and sales ledger data round the clock.

PayEx sends invoices in paper format as well as in the form of e-invoices, direct debit (autogiro) or EDI. The transfer of cash can also be made by different means, all based on your specifications.
