PayEx has been developing and offering its Billing and CRM services for more than 15 years.

PayEx has provided its Billing and CRM services to a large number of customers since the mid-1990s. During this time we have met our customers’ requirements by handling fees, pricing traffic, supporting discounts and compiling invoice data and by administering invoices, subscriptions, minimum subscription periods and provisioning.

Billing and CRM are based on systems developed by PayEx that were originally designed for customers in the telecom industry. Coupled with active business intelligence activities, our long experience from working closely with customers has enabled us to adapt and offer these services to customers in all industries. We currently have over 100 in-house developers working on these services and our customers represent a wide range of industries outside the telecom sector, including media and transport.

Billing

PayEx Billing comprises the following main components:

  • Billing

Our Billing service is optimised for the handling of products, fees, traffic pricing and discounts. The high degree of flexibility enabled by the system provides full support for customer-unique fees, price plans and invoice texts, and can be handled directly be the customer.

CRM

PayEx CRM is a web-based customer relationship management system which we offer in combination with PayEx Billing and which provides flexible support for handling:

  • Customers
  • Products
  • Fees
  • Subscriptions
  • Minimum subscription periods
  • Provisioning of networks and external parties

PayEx CRM also includes an integrated module for handling prepaid accounts, with support for crediting of accounts through a wide choice of channels. The web-based interface also comes with advanced functionality for follow-up and action management (Ticketing).
