PayEx has
long experience of communicating with and ensuring that we are available for
our customers’ customers. We currently handle contacts with customers on behalf
of several companies.
PayEx Customer
Service is divided into two parts:
Front
Office
A support service in which PayEx handles payments-related queries, invoices,
reminders and similar issues. The service also covers issues of a more
operational character, such as deliveries, quality and updating of customer
details. PayEx also develops solutions for online customer service.
Our
solutions are based on new technology. Modern telephony solutions enable you to
simply and effectively process your customers’ queries and comments.
Back
Office
Our Back Office service comprises registration of customer agreements, credit
information, service archiving, distribution, fraud management, changes of
address, subscriber changes and similar tasks.
To solve
these tasks, PayEx is connected to the necessary systems. We take care of
incoming electronic and regular mail, and handle complaints, direct debit
(autogiro) applications, etc.
The
combination of our Front Office and Back Office services give you a valuable
overview, from the moment your customer is registered and throughout the
duration of your customer relationship.
