Accounting service

With
more than 30 years’ experience from the payment industry, PayEx understands the
challenges involved in receiving payments from customers.
But what is
perhaps even more complex is what happens afterwards – getting the numbers to
add up, especially as different operators, acquirers and banks all use
different methods for reporting and debiting fees.
To meet the
requirements and wishes of our customers, PayEx had developed a number of
products that make it easier for e-merchants to reconcile their accounts,
regardless of whether you offer one or several payment methods, multiple
currencies or wish to allocate your sales among different companies or
products. PayEx can help you adapt your reporting and cash flows based on your
particular circumstances.
The benefit
for your company is not just that it cuts down on the need for staff resources;
it’s also about being able to focus on what you find interesting. We take care
of those tasks which you find dull and time-consuming, and also help you to
save both time and money.
Our
Accounting service enables you to receive payments from your customers through
different channels while receiving only a single payment flow from PayEx. You
won’t need to acquire specialist expertise on different payment types or open
more bank accounts with different banks. All you need to keep track of are your
own product sales and order IDs. PayEx also handles all fees charged by
acquirers and operators, charging you a single price.
If you
choose our Reconciliation service PayEx will handle the reconciliation and
accounting of payment flows to your company’s bank accounts. PayEx will provide
the specialist expertise required to handle your payment flows, maximising your
liquidity, as the proceeds from your sales will be available in your bank
accounts.
Our Prefix
Accounting service enables you to divide up your sales by sold products,
accounting units, outgoing payment accounts or other criteria. This service is
used primarily by PayEx customers who wish to keep separate accounts for
different events or where several business owners share the same sales
premises. You may, for instance, want to separate sales of trousers from
sweaters or registrations for the May conference from those for the June
conference.
