PayEx offers invoice and ledger service, and can supply the following services, among others:

Invoice service
PayEx offers a variety of solutions for administration and management of invoicing. For merchants on the internet we offer an invoice service through the same technical API as other online payment methods such as credit cards, direkt bank, online financing, PayEx Account, etc.

PayEx manages the following forms of invoicing for the merchant. The various payment methods are registered per customer in our invoicing system.

• Paper invoice
• E-invoice/ E-mail invoice 
• Direct debit
• Summary invoice

PayEx manages your ledger by registration of payments of invoices for the merchant. The service includes follow-up of unpaid invoices based on the interval the merchant specifies. The service reduces the length of the merchant's credit and keeps the cost per invoice as low as possible.

Our system administrates reminders, collection notices, and interest demands for the merchant. In addition, the merchant is provided with a number of necessary statistics and the basis for bookkeeping. If the invoice is not paid in time, the service sends reminders and/or collection notices as well as collection demands based on the intervals defined by the merchant. Interest on demand and any collection fees that may arise are added to the demand.
