PayEx is a genuinely entrepreneurial company that started in 1972 as Faktab. At PayEx we are primarily driven by values and culture, and we consider the soft values to be key.

Skills development

Develop yourself

At PayEx there are no templates that map out your career. One condition for self development is taking responsibility for yourself. It is your drive and interests which determine your development at PayEx.

Based on role descriptions and personal targets, drawn up by you and your team leader, we ensure that you get the support and opportunity to build up the necessary expertise. This includes going to the PayEx Academy, which is a tool for competency building inside the company. This helps mould your expertise, which allows you to carry on developing at PayEx.

A career at PayEx can express itself in a variety of different ways. Perhaps you want to specialise in one field, or aim to develop in management? Another alternative can be to develop by building up a broad expertise of PayEx different business areas; for example banking, finance or telecommunications.

We expect you to take advantage of the opportunities to develop yourself and your expertise so as to contribute to the PayEx business in the best possible way.

Students

Study PayEx

PayEx and the Gotland University collaborate in a variety of fields. In one of these joint forums PayEx is taking part in a group containing representatives from different companies on Gotland and from the University.

Questions & answers

Once your application has been registered in the PayEx recruiting database you will receive a letter of confirmation that your application has been received. If your profile matches the post that is free you may be asked for one or more interviews and you will meet the recruiting team leader and an HR specialist. You will be told if you are turned down for the post you applied for.

When all interviews have been carried out and references have been taken, all applicants will be told as soon as possible whether they have got the post or not. If the recruitment process is delayed you will be kept informed about its status.

Can I deliver an application in person?

We would rather you registered your application and CV on our home page www.payex.se. If you are successful we will want to see you in person for an interview.

Which personal qualities are important when working at PayEx?

PayEx has customers and partners in different types of industry and business areas in an expanding market. Customer requirements govern our day to day work. This means that personal qualities such as being open to development and change, being businesslike and putting customer service first, are fundamental requirements for us. If you like getting involved in your work, sometimes at a fast pace, and combine this with a glint in your eye, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

What areas of expertise will PayEx need in the future?

In the future we will need to recruitment experts in administration, finance, debt collection, customer service and IT; for example system developers and testers. We are also keeping an eye out for staff with experience of the fields of law and management.

Which trades unions does PayEx have collective agreements with?

We have collective agreements with Unionen for white collar workers and with  The Swedish Building Maintenance Workers´ Union for maintenance workers and craftsmen.
